Welcome to True Vine Fitness! You’re an amazing woman!! You may be a career woman. You could be a wife, a mom or a grandma. You’re busy building life with and for others but what about YOU? My goal is to help you achieve a healthy & active lifestyle in a fit body for now and many years to come! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, the personal training and nutrition sessions I design for YOU, will help you meet your unique needs and goals. Every BODY can be amazing, no matter your current situation. I specialize in helping clients stay fit while recovering from injuries and stay on track within the healing process. I serve women all across Cook County, Illinois. For those outside of Cook County, I can provide Zoom training and nutrition sessions.

This time is spent going over where you are regarding diet and fitness level and what I, as your personal fitness and nutrition coach, can offer you personally based on what you’d like to see happen in your life as far as fitness and nutrition in the next 5 minutes to the next 5 years! Fitness should be fun…never a chore, never a burden!

There's always
food involved!! :)
I offer personal diet coaching…with an “Eat this, Not that” approach. No matter how you eat (vegan, vegetarian, carnivore) and you must eat some of your favorite foods, especially your “never going to give that up” foods, we will work those in!! Moderation is the key! I can help you with grocery shopping, meal planning, even how to make your favorite dish healthier!! Food is healthy fuel -- food is fun -- Food should not be looked at as "bad"!! & Now the exercise....
We can work out with weights, without weights, with babies and with toddlers or without … even practice Christian yoga (combines physical movement with prayer and worship) … anything can be weights and anywhere can be a fitness center. I don’t simply give you a cookie cutter regime and walk away! Your plan is YOURS! For those healing from injuries ... this is where the modification and personal plan is the most crucial! I can work with your physical therapist & doctor to get you stronger and "back in the game"!!
