I started training with Josh for just a couple hours a week. He was able to get me in the shape I needed to be in to play for the VCU women’s soccer team in a matter of weeks. I watched him work with people of all fitness levels; ranging anywhere in the beginner stages all the way up to collegiate and professional athletes. He always set realistic goals in front of me that I was able to meet. Josh knew exactly how hard to push me during the workout without it being overwhelming. He also sets up an in-depth meal plan to meet the needs of each person. Josh was always extremely encouraging, and got to know me one-on-one so he knew how best to help me. I would recommend Josh to anyone who is looking to become healthier, and even for people who are already in shape but are trying to take it to the next level!
